BOF 2025, Renewed as a Global K-Content Festival
Since its start in 2016, BOF has established itself as a leading music festival in Asia that combines various K-culture and K-POP from Busan. This year, it is being branded as "the top Hallyu tourism content in Busan for the first half of the year," aiming for new changes.
This event is hosted by the Busan Metropolitan City and co-organized by the Busan Tourism Organization and SM Culture & Contents. A variety of programs have been prepared to promote Hallyu tourism, with an expected lineup of various artists through cooperation with SM.
The specific schedule for the event is from June 11 (Wednesday) to June 13 (Friday) in 2025, taking place at BEXCO and Hwamyeong Eco Park. Notably, the Park Concert will be held at Hwamyeong Eco Park on June 7, offering a richer cultural experience.
Main programs include K-POP concerts, showcases, K-Culture talk shows, Park concerts, and Fandom City, providing opportunities to enjoy various K-Cultures. This BOF is expected to provide new joy to many as a representative Hallyu event in Busan.
BOF 2025 Major Performances and Programs
In June this year, various K-POP related events are scheduled. First, there will be a K-POP concert held at BEXCO from June 11 to 13. This concert will break away from the existing single format and will be conducted over three days with themed performances.
The first day will start with a K-POP Omniverse concert featuring popular idol groups. The second day will host a K-POP band concert with performances from famous domestic and international bands, and the final day will present a special stage featuring emerging rookie artists in a rookie artist showcase. Additionally, a K-Culture talk show and Fandom City will provide space for communication with global fans.
Secondly, on June 7, a Park concert will be held at Hwamyeong Eco Park. This free performance will be open for citizens and tourists to enjoy freely, becoming a healing stage with popular domestic singers and local musicians. Furthermore, various experiential programs related to K-Beauty, K-Art, K-Food, etc., will also be operated to provide a rich array of options for enjoyment.

The first lineup includes WayV and NCT WISH, who are highly anticipated by global K-POP fans. Their participation news has become a hot topic among many fans.
