The main uses include residential facilities, luxury hotels, facilities for the elderly and children, cultural and assembly facilities, sports facilities, and neighborhood living facilities, with a total floor area of 96,366.73㎡. Notably, the maximum height of this building is set at 176m, which is expected to significantly change the skyline of the Gwangalli coast.

The implementing agency, Solomon E&C, is a subsidiary of Hyupsung Construction, which is collaborating with the global hotel operator IHG Group. They are moving forward with the introduction of a six-star luxury hotel brand. Brands currently being discussed include InterContinental and Kimpton, and it is likely to establish itself as the first luxury hotel in Suyeong-gu.

Moreover, the adjacent former Miworld site is also actively pursuing the construction of accommodation facilities aimed at attracting luxury hotels. These projects are expected to significantly contribute to the revitalization of tourism in the area.

The site was previously designated as a natural green zone, but it became possible to develop it after its designation was changed to a semi-residential area in 2017. While conditions such as donations and preservation of the original form were imposed during this process, concerns regarding the privatization of coastal views and uncontrolled development are still being raised.

Recently, the government has been promoting policies to relax the requirements for changing the purposes of residential facilities to office-type accommodations and registration requirements for accommodation businesses. This has raised the possibility of future deterioration into residential facilities, but in the architectural review, it proceeded as accommodation facilities without a change of use. This situation is expected to have a significant impact on the future direction of development.

The construction company plans to create a children's complex cultural space 'Deulraknalak' from the 4th basement floor to the 2nd floor.

In addition, it plans to install an observatory on the 42nd floor for citizens to use freely.

Furthermore, to improve access to Minrak Recreation Area, options for additional stairs and elevators are also being reviewed.
