Ulsan City Confirms 'National and Regional Strategic Projects in Development Restriction Areas'

Ulsan City expects to generate approximately 20 trillion won in production effects through the newly confirmed three projects. This is also expected to yield employment effects for around 130,000 people.
Looking ahead, plans include immediately designating the planned project sites as land transaction permit zones to prevent real estate speculation. This measure aims to enhance the stability of the real estate market.
Furthermore, procedures for releasing development restrictions will be swiftly promoted to expand large-scale industrial land.
