The Cheongnyong 1 redevelopment project, taking place in Cheongnyong-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, is officially entering the project implementation plan approval process. The Geumjeong-gu Office plans to post the public announcement for the Cheongnyong 1 redevelopment project on March 26, 2025.

The Cheongnyong 1 District Redevelopment Maintenance Project Association selected Hanshin Construction as the contractor in September 2022. According to the construction plan, the floor area ratio is set at 239.35%, and the building-to-land ratio is 19.91%. The unit composition varies with 20 units of 49㎡, 117 units of 59㎡, and 143 units of 79㎡.
This public announcement is conducted pursuant to Article 56 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act. Landowners or stakeholders have the opportunity to review documents related to the project implementation plan during the specified period and to submit their opinions. The announcement will be held at the Geumjeong-gu Office Architecture Department and the Association's office, aiming to complete it within 84 months from the project approval date.
The Cheongnyong 1 district boasts an excellent location in various aspects, including transportation, education, and natural environment. It is located only a 3-minute walk from Beomeosa Station on Busan Subway Line 1, making it a prime location characterized as an ultra-station area. In accordance with Article 56 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act and Article 49 of the enforcement decree of the same law, the following public announcement is made. Landowners or members of the association, as well as other parties with interest related to the maintenance project, may submit their written opinions regarding the project implementation plan documents within the public announcement period.
