The project aims to construct a large-scale apartment complex with a total of 4,300 households, across 74 buildings, from 5 underground floors to 32 above ground floors, occupying an area of approximately 399,960㎡ located around No. 50 of Boksan-dong, Dongnae Gu.
GS Engineering & Construction has been selected as the construction company, and the apartments will be supplied under the brand name 'Dongnae Xi the Heritage.' An announcement regarding the implementation plan was made last January, and final approval was achieved within two months. This has increased the expectations of local residents and investors for the project.

The area was designated as a maintenance zone under Announcement No. 2008-47 by Busan Metropolitan City (dated January 30, 2008), and the maintenance plan and the change in maintenance zone were notified under Announcement No. 2022-226 (dated June 22, 2022) and Announcement No. 2024-110 (dated April 17, 2024) by Busan Metropolitan City. 'Boksan 1 District Redevelopment Project' located at 246 Chilsan-dong in Busan Metropolitan City has been approved for implementation plan according to Article 50 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act, and is hereby announced in accordance with Article 10 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same law.
