There is a soup restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Orange Shopping Center, opposite the Haeundae Doosan Weave the Zenith. It is very convenient to visit by car as parking spaces are provided within the shopping center.
Operating every day until 10 PM without a holiday, you can visit anytime you crave Haeundae soup. This place is close to Dongbaek Island, making it an ideal spot for a stroll after a meal.
The restaurant is clean and the spacing between tables is generous, allowing for a pleasant dining experience.
You can easily order using the kiosks available at each table.
High chairs are also available, making it easy for family visits.
The self-service bar is great as you can freely enjoy various side dishes. I was satisfied being able to take as much as I wanted of radish kimchi, fresh vegetables, and fermented shrimp.

While waiting for the ordered dishes to arrive, the basic side dishes were set up first at the table. The neatly prepared side dishes included radish kimchi, fresh vegetables, dipping sauce, garlic, onions, and fermented shrimp, which could also be enjoyed additionally from the self-service bar.
The spicy grilled intestines came with mayonnaise, which reassured me that this place is indeed a great restaurant.

In soup, broth is the most important element.
Jeonju-style Pork Soup is topped with chives and green onions, providing a unique flavor.
This harmony enhances the richness of the broth.
The taste of the broth was characterized by its richness and milky color, conveying a full-bodied flavor. The quantity of meat was also ample, allowing for a delightful chewing experience. Additionally, there was an option to add sundae according to preference, expanding the choices available.
‘Meat Pork Soup’ is primarily composed of meat. If you prefer sundae and entrails, it is better to choose the Nammun Sundae Guk.
Adding perilla powder before the meal enhances the nutty flavor, and adjusting seasoning with a little fermented shrimp deepens the taste.
There is no off-flavor at all, and with a clear broth,
it is suitable for those who prefer nuttiness over strong flavors.
The Spicy Grilled Intestines are cut into bite-sized pieces and grilled over charcoal, boasting a crispy texture. The outside is crunchy while the inside is chewy, allowing you to taste the deep flavor of the intestines. The rich, nutty flavor of well-cooked intestines stands out even more.
The dish is full of smoky aroma and has a captivating crispy texture. Pairing it with dipping sauce, garlic, and onion enhances its flavor. The intestines are cleanly trimmed without any off-flavors, and the spicy grilled intestines taste best when dipped in mayonnaise.
I ordered the Spicy Grilled Intestines because I wanted something spicy,
but they are spicier than expected, so be prepared.
It was a good side dish to enjoy with soju.
It paired harmoniously with the Pork Soup, creating a more plentiful meal.

The rich taste of the Pork Soup was truly enticing. The Grilled Intestines had an excellent crispy exterior and chewy texture. Both dishes made a wonderful harmony.
With a self-service bar available, I could enjoy a variety of side dishes to my heart's content. Additionally, the convenience of parking space and high chairs were well provided, making it very convenient.
The Pork Soup features a deep and rich broth, generously filled with tender meat and various entrails, providing satisfaction. The Grilled Intestines are prepared using a crispy and nutty charcoal-grilling method, and the fullness of the intestines provides even greater satisfaction.
Moreover, the experience of enjoying various side dishes from the self-service bar allows for a more abundant meal. Spacious seating and high chairs are also available, making it ideal for family visits.
After the meal, parking is available, and being near Dongbaek Island in Haeundae, it is a perfect location for a post-meal stroll.
The Pork Soup was excellent, but the Grilled Intestines were unexpectedly delicious. I would also like to try the stir-fried sundae next time! 😋
