The event will take place from April 3 (Thursday) to April 6 (Sunday), 2025. The opening ceremony is scheduled for April 3 at 2 PM. The venue will be the canola flower scenic zone within Daejeo Ecological Park in Gangseo-gu, Busan, covering an area of 442,100 square meters.

The budget for this event is set at a total of 500 million won, supported by the city of Busan. The event is organized by Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Urban Agriculture Promotion Committee, along with KNN Co., Ltd. Various agencies, including the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Rural Development Administration, National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, and the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency, are sponsoring the event.

Participating organizations include agricultural associations, urban agriculture stakeholders, relevant organizations and groups, and universities operating agricultural-related departments.
