The change approval notice for the housing construction project of 'Busan Shin-Hang 1st Daebang Dieter' at 2008 Beombang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, was announced on April 9, 2025.

The project site is located in the international industrial logistics city of the Busan Jinhae Free Economic Zone, Phase 1-2, Sector 7, AP1 Block, and the name of the complex has been decided as ‘Busan Shin-Hang 1st Daebang Dieter (AP1BL)’. This project is expected to contribute to regional development.
This apartment consists of a single exclusive area of 59㎡, comprising a total of 500 units. The strategy sharply targets the demand for small to medium-sized units.
The sales schedule is set for May 29, 2025, with the move-in date planned for April 2027. Although the official project period has been extended, the actual move-in date is expected to remain similar.
The Busan Shin-Hang area is currently undergoing significant improvements in residential environments alongside the creation of large-scale industrial complexes. In this area, the Daebang Dieter brand has gained high recognition due to its excellent finishing materials, design, and various community facilities. In accordance with Article 15 of the Housing Act, the housing construction project plan for 2008 Beombang-dong, Gangseo-gu, within the Free Economic Zone, is approved for change, as per the provisions of paragraph 6 of Article 15 of the same Act and paragraph 5 of Article 30 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and thus is hereby announced.
