Eco Delta City Block 5 Daegwang Rosebian Moa Elga / Housing Construction Project Plan Approval Notice
A new large-scale apartment complex will be established in Busan Eco Delta City. The City of Busan announced on April 9, 2025, that it has approved the housing construction project plan for the 'New Construction of Apartment Complex in Eco Delta City Joint Block 5'. This project consists of a total of 998 apartments, with one basement level and 18 floors above ground, constructed by Daegwang Construction, known as 'Daegwang Rosebian'.
The project site is located in Block 5 of Eco Delta City in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, covering a land area of a whopping 69,665㎡. The total floor area is designed to be 168,414㎡, and the building area reaches 13,703㎡. Along with the residential apartments, the complex will also include neighborhood living facilities and community welfare facilities. The main entities in charge of the project are Busan Eco 5 PFV Co., Ltd. and two other corporations, all headquartered in Gwangju Metropolitan City.
This project is expected to improve the residential environment in Busan and provide various living convenience facilities for residents.
The sales schedule is planned for December 2025, with occupancy expected by the end of 2028. The entire project will take approximately three years, from December 1, 2025, until December 31, 2028. This project was approved on March 31, 2025, and building permits are also included under Article 11 of the ‘Building Act’.
Daegwang Rosebian Moa Elga in Block 5 of Eco Delta City received conditional approval at the 6th Housing Business Joint Committee held in Busan in November 2024. Through this process, we hope the project proceeds smoothly.
Eco Delta City is a waterfront smart city project being promoted in Gangseo-gu, Busan. It is being developed as an eco-friendly self-sufficient city, particularly Joint Block 5 is situated in the heart of Gangdong-dong.
This area is receiving significant attention as a future-oriented residential complex that harmoniously integrates green spaces, waterfront infrastructure, and smart city systems.
The apartments provided in Eco Delta City consist mostly of medium to large complexes of around 1,000 units. This has led to a higher brand preference compared to neighboring areas, and the residential environment is quite pleasant. As Daegwang Construction is in charge of the construction, a rise in brand value along with an increase in market prices is anticipated.

In accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Housing Act, the housing construction project plan for the Eco Delta City Block 5 in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan has been approved and is hereby announced as follows according to Article 15, Paragraph 6 of the same law and Article 30, Paragraph 5 of its enforcement decree.
